On Feb 29, 2012, my sister gave birth to her daghter Cora Rose. Diagnosed with Trisomy 18. Cora died on March 3, 2012. She changed our family as I see Baby Allegra has changed yours. You find a special love you never knew was in you until you know your baby is going to die, then you spend every moment loving rather than trying to get dinner ready, doing the laundry, or taking a shower. I am very thankful Cora got to know her Mom, Dad, and big brother Ivan, and that they got to spend 3 beautiful days with her. Thank you for sharing this story, and I am so glad I happened upon it. I pray that some day my sister feels compelled to do something like this. Your love for your daughter is so beautiful, and so well honored here.
